There is a prior doujin made by this author called "The Flower that follows the Sun", which explains that, as well as provides more Mini Yuuka shenanigans in full color. The actual question is not where she comes from but rather why is she still alive.

It's already translated on Danbooru, you have to hover over the text bubbles with your mouse and it will pop up with the translated version.

If you knew this and want a Hard Translated version instead, well, we'll have to cross our fingers for that.

Nah, I didn't know that. Mostly because I use a script blocker and don't turn Javascript on when I visit a page unless I have to. The translations don't show up without it.

Bit of an effort to read it that way, but at least I got the story, very cute and this one makes more sense now.

I can't find the epilogue... Only the sequel on danbooru. Man now I feel lost.
Happy ending still a happy ending tho.
