It makes sense, though. If Kaga and Zuikaku are off grudgefucking, that leaves Akagi and Shoukaku lonely and alone, and they've got a golden opportunity to get to know each other better and make that love connection.

I love how popular this pairing is, at least for one involving a character who only shows up twice.

The name is unisex, although it's spelled Adrienne for women. However, her having a name that looks like a man's name is actually a pretty important plot point in a case in the game, so they spell it the male way to make that work.

Her Japanese name is Kirio Kamiya.
