Well Run seems kinda oblivious to things sometimes, but not when it comes to Tooru. She probably doesn't think about their friendship that much, since she is so carefree and airheaded. But the chapter where Tooru got a love-letter proves that she really treasures their friendship.

Nagi and Yuuko... I bet Yuuko just got a lonely feeling after hearing Run out.
