My problem with canon or popular shipping is though they usually story about old married couple flirting mindlessly, which is not my kind of story, I like seeing story about how the romance develop instead which is more interesting with unpopular pairing.

Shipping rarepairs is painful, but there are a few decent YouRiko doujins out there (I know that because I'm constantly on the lookout for them). So far Kajimoto (Twitter) is my favorite artist for this ship. Shame only one of her books has been translated.
