Last time I proofread, I actually let pass this syntaxe/grammar(?) mistake: We're Friday (or something), because I didn't realise that it's actually wrong in english, no one (english speakers that is) says that, but sounded fine to me because "on est vendredi" orz ALSO doesn't help that it's likely I've heard that phrase before because people around me are bilingual ;u; (french + english speakers, for the most part) i feel like it's a mistake a lot of us would've made

Je garderais ça en tête est correct est souvent utilisé. En effet, traduire mot à mot une expression française donne rarement l'équivalent anglais; un bon compromis étant de dire ce que tu as en tête avec d'autres mots, apprendre les équivalents des expressions françaises en anglais et vice-versa étant la solution idoine.

Ce qui peut me trahir, c'est un oubli grammatical ou l'utilisation de mots assez peu utilisés couramment en français qui sont quasi-transparents mais qui sont encore moins utilisés en anglais. Mon utilisation de termes tels qu' "antipode", "gargantuesque" ou "magnanime" (les plus récents que j'ai en tête) peut faire deviner [surtout aux bilingues] que je suis français ^^

Tiens, je me permets de te diriger vers ceci, tous les proverbes français et leurs équivalents. Les apprendre au fur et à mesure affinera ta maîtrise et ton aisance en français.

Thanks ^.^ Well, thje phone is silent, so I'm off to the land of sending even more offers. It's kind of frustrating at how how some people cannot even bother to call me up to say I wasn't taken in. Ugh.

Hmm.. details.. well, we met through through an accident, and it turns out we have a few friends in common.. kind of funny how small this world is. At first I went out of my way to ask for a date more just for the heck of it, but with some time my perception of the situation has changed quite a bit.. well, right now both of us agree that we cannot be really sure if it's a good friendship or something more. Kind of hard for me to pass an objective judgement here.

Right now we're stuck unable to talk to each other in person, that hopefully we'll meet by the christmas.. which will be kind of nice, I mean, a date in such an atmosphere.

As I said before, she has really nice personality, admirable hair (got forbibben from complimenting her on her looks) and she's smart.. plus, she perceives me as what i actually am, which is really nice.

Got promised sleeping in one bed and cuddling at night, regardless of the end result.

Cannot really say anythingabout how things will turn out.. to be honest, I'm a bit irrated over how I still have to wait, but I'm a patient girl. I can wait a bit. The uncertaintity kind of sucks tho.

It was so cool, because you sit in doors on tatami and there is like a vent sucking out all the smoke, and fresh meat that you cook yourself taste even better >//w//<

To be fair, there's a bit of an age gap involved. Still, I'd say that even a bit more than half a decade of difference is not a deal breaker (not feeling bad about revealing it since I never quite revealed my age in here, and when I did I screwed up doing my math.. don't ask me how it happened, I dont understand it myself).

Oohhh, I remember watching mollholland drive when I was like 15, it was really interesting but kinda scary at the same time, I mean with the monster behind the garbage tank or what not XD but I thought it really conveyed a message of being like at a loss, both Emotionally and physically I guess .
