I guess the issue is that majority of the time the microtransaction become required to properly enjoy game or in case of game you paid up front, you basically have to pay for content you should already have. Well it mostly depends on exactly what kind of game and what kind of microtransaction, but most of the time they end up being just a bonus cash grab that company just couldn't hold back from adding and in process polluted the experiences for most of players.

idk, the only worth of those are praxis kits, and I read the game's progression to obtaining those does not seem to be gimped for the sake of pushing you into buying anything. I've not progressed much, and I've obtained quite a lot.

Yeah, I've been following the forums today, a few hours someone actually opened a thread to ask who the gay character in overwatch is, since the creators said someone in the cast was gay.
General consensus is that every character in the game as well as every future addition to the cast is gay.

at 12 hours in, I am enjoying the game a lot (loving it), as a game. Level design and save-scumming to see how missions can be done. And as well as the graphic design point, all the corporations and their looks. But its a bit too off as a Deus Ex game, where narrative is a key point.

also the "video is taken from a pre-alpha version" is pure bullshit, given that this is absolutely not what an alpha looks like. just marketing fluff to avoid getting criticized and have ppl defend it "its pre-alpha the final product will be better obviously! And its not even a beta!". Yeah, sure it always is better, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight... Anyways, the combat looks terrible and it will probably stay like that.

I still trust DONTNOD to do a good job, their games have had their quirks but I was still satisfied by the end product so I'm definitely getting it on release date.

interesting I agree they definitely need to work on the lighting but it does have potential could be good
