That's Bocchi responding to Nako not wanting to do anything. Saying that's the attitude of a worthless person more than calling Nako herself one, really.

This needs to be given an anime.

Really, if not for Bocchi, Nako would probably have no friends, herself.

While at the same time, Nako is extremely good at reading situations and knowing how to handle Bocchi. They'd both be much worse off if they hadn't just happened to be seated together!

For some reason I just really like Bocchi x Aru... There's not really any ship teasing for them in the manga itself, but they're just really cute together imo. Like on this page. Guess I'm just weird that way.
