Mnn, well! If you're looking for something feelsy that'll leave you crying out rivers, then perhaps you might wanna try "Stretch", although there's very little yuri in that manga (mostly romance, I won't say anymore cause I don't wanna spoil anything o:)
"A Kiss and a White Lily" is pretty nice! The art is great, and you get various pairings. It's still ongoing tho! :B
Otherwise...You could check two of the most followed manga/comics, which are "Their Story" and "Fluttering Feelings". They've been ongoing for a while. Both are cool stories, I personally prefer Fluttering Feelings tho, but with FF you might get the feeling that the plot is going in circles~
However, the two main characters are so much fun, and you get to see how they develop feelings for each other, which is awesome!
And, well...If you wanna read NSFW, then it's much less troublesome to just look up a random doujin, or one based on a series you like o:

I've come to ignore threads like this for the most part, because they're either so general you might as well just point to the yuri tag and be done with it, or else the OP has a bunch of unstated restrictions so everything gets shot down.
