Basically any underage girl, but the younger the better. If nothing changed, in Japan girl is consider legal to marry (hence you can have sex with her without being consider pedophile) at age of 16, so if she is below it you could say its loli. But when people think of loli they think about at least 12 years old, not really developed, small and almost 100% of time flat-chested girl. Girls who are "legal" but looks like 12 years old are "fake lolis" (usually some 100 years old monster girl, so you can have sex with loli legally, common trope in hentais to avoid any suits or other issues).

Well that is what I know at least. Someone correct me if I got something wrong.

It's basically what Nevri said, when in doubt what is loli, legal or not, think about Louise from Zero no Tsukaima, Shana from Shakugan no Shana, Taiga from Toradora, Evangeline from Negima, could give a lot more examples, but if looks like them, they're loli.

the problem with Daidouji she not part of the main cast.

For what is worth, Daidouji has a pretty big role on the anime and the prequel manga

Senran Kagura is about super powers, who need muscle when have that.
you only need muscle to move nothing important.

Senran Kagura is not about superpowers and Daidouji is sidelined on the games because she's TOO strong and her presence would undermine the accomplishements of the cast.

Ya, in a lot of martial art fiction the body is mostly secondary. All these kid MC prodigies kicking some oversized guy 2 miles away. The "old" masters with a long beard and bony as fuck about 120 pounds. Np, I have Ki/Qi/insert all variants, I don't need actually muscle. I ain't got to explain shit it's magic!
