Kinda like Aru. I means she is quite lack in concentration ( I can't really define a loser trait). But the thing is she has been trying her hardest to cover it by her positive trait

The cast of this manga is too original, but also too perfect when combining with each other. Totally social awkward but honest main girl, delinquent-like cooldere, loser but earnest class (vice-) president, then ninja-obsessive but childish foreign beauty.

Way I see it, she just don't want Bochi to stop befriending people if she go back to being friendly. Sure, it seems cold and mean, but if anything, that chapter showed that she really care for Bochi and really forced herself to keep ignoring her. She probably knows Bochi enough to know that being this drastic is the best way, maybe even the only way, for her to overcome her shyness.

And hey, seems they're both on the same weird wavelenght anyway XD

Oh god the feels. Poor Bocchi, poor Kai-chan too. I wouldn't want my relationship with my best friend to be like that either.
Btw, I had the same feeling about free drink refills like Bocchi the first time I was introduce to the idea.

I'm gonna be so happy if Bocchi ever becomes friends with her entire class, she deserves all the friendship she wants.

I don't think it's that she has the same condition; she was just under an extreme amount of pressure in that situation. Running into Bocchi was such a sudden surprise, and she was so expecting Bocchi to completely hate her that the encounter must have been nerve-wracking. Combine with the relief that Bocchi doesn't despise her and relief of how well Bocchi is actually doing, it's kind of understandable her body couldn't take the stress.
