The most Hellsing-esque Vampire Yuri out there is Gunbured x Sisters, actually. It even has a chapter called "Going for a Walk" (in the scanlation, at least)

But I'm honestly not too familiar with the left-pondian "Blue collar" label. Apparently it applies to agriculture work too? A Song by the Loom for the Autumn Storm... though there should be plenty of gay gardeners out there.

Ruto san kinda goes for that on paper, but the teasing level is very light and the tone is mostly standard Kirara manga fare otherwise (which is fine, but not what I'm looking for right now), and it is also relatively light in terms of yuri.
I'm looking for someone with the teasing level and hint of smugness of Takagi-san, and/or a lot of cheekyness, but yuri.
Preferably with at least a dozen of chapters already available. Doesn't necessarily have to be schoolgirls. Either established couple or "will eventually become a couple" are fine as long as it is yuri. Any character type are fine as long the dynamic is there.
Manwha or manhua are okay if the writing is good.

Oh, I remember when this one first came out and I thought "I'll give it a read later, but then I forgot.
The tone do seems a different from what I had in mind, but it fit with another thing i was looking for recently as a "yuri where one of the girl is very pushy", so it's a useful rec.
