Just in case if someone don't know about the terms:
Rong=win
Tsumo=winning by drawing a card yourself, compared to making use of a card someone's just discarded
Ritsu=winning without taking cards others discarded, basically no chi's (sequence of three, eg. 345 bamboos with one of whom gotten when discarding it with the other two in your hand already), pong's (similar three, eg. 444 circles), or explicit kong's (kong's consist of similar four, eg. four north-winds, while explicit ones mean you are having three same cards when another one discards the fourth, or you have had a pong before you draws the fourth by yourself), and a tsumo at last. Also means declaring that you are in a winning status in such way. Winning so usually earns more points.
