One possible reason is that there is an incentive to focus on the penis because that (a girl has a dick) is supposedly what the category hinges on. Why expend pages on sexual acts that don't involve it if those can be found elsewhere anyway?

Another is that it's a manifestation of biases and assumptions about penises and the people who have them. Specifically, that a girl/woman who has a penis would naturally have the same preferences in sex as the stereotypical straight man.

its not actually a given that futanari characters have both sets of genitals. based on their work i've read, my impression is that Orihi Chihiro generally doesn't include this aspect

I usually though that's because a lot of artists that draw futanari stuff knows how to draw straight sex so futa one is usually just take place of man in these scenes. Like, you can notice that futa one rarely have even her breast touched and as you said, very rarely have her vagina pleasured.

I think a Futa being on the receiving end of vaginal penetration is most common with Futa x Futa works?

Also I think a lot of the expectation for Futa x Non-Futa is that the Futa is the one doing the penetration, because as I think Hoot said it's generally part of the point of a Futa work. I think the Futa having her breasts massaged and elements like that aren't super uncommon in my experience, though it may be less common than I'm thinking. It really does. A penis is basically just a differently shaped clitoris, so it's like playing with the clit and never touching the rest. I'm not actually sure how cis men stand it, as a trans woman it's incredibly hard to make it satisfying. >_<

To be safe I just looked deeper into the artist's works, and I decided I'm not comfortable sharing their work, apologies. They have some extreme content under their name that I wasn't aware of, and I don't want people accidentally seeing it.

You can infer cheating pretty easily with page 12 without reading any of the artist's other works.
