From what I remember in the show Kyouko practically lived in Yui's house she went there so much, this sort of relationship forming once they start getting interested in lewd things makes a lot of sense. It definitely seems like a lot more than just friends with benefits when they're turning down other people and kissing so passionately when they do it, but maybe that's just me.
I actually adored this one. The art style making them looking like actual college-age adults, but the whole fwb-while-secretly-in-love-with-each-other-and-afraid-to-admit-deeper-feelings angst? Looove that setup.
I don’t get the last page
I assume Kyouko got into the elevator and then went down on purpose without waiting for Yui.
The beginning of the story showed the blonde made a key to the brunette’s apartment without permission. The ending of the story should have ended with the copied key given back, but the brunette didn’t mind her girlfriend having it. She’s angry at her blonde girlfriend leaving without her and thus keeping the copied key anyways. (She’ll comeback unannounced in a sequel if there is one)
I almost didn't get it the first time too. I thought the elevator gave out honestly x'D
But then i noticed it was because Kyouko got into the elevator without Yui. Now Yui is gonna either wait for the elevator or run down the stairs to make it to class on time. Btw I personally think it was Yui's fault for not checking the time, she was already up but decided to play video games. Honestly that was irresponsible of her.
