ohhhhhh this was interesting, I actually liked it. They're both fcked up, I like it more when it's that way than when only one person being shitty-effed up. In this, they're both manipulative in their own way, they both use the other for their own pleasure

Oh and I hate these types of stories with lines such as "I can never break free from her control", it's such an angst fueled defeatist attitude and only says to me that the author loves tragedy porn.

…but that kind of stuff is like, exactly what happens in abusive relationships. Abusers make you feel like you have to pay to keep having access to something you need, that the energy to get out is a super high requirement, and they want you to feel like it’s impossible. To someone who craves attachment and companionship, threatening to leave someone is a powerful tool to get them to do anything, it’s really good at making them stay.

… Aaaanyway, it’s really interesting how this is set up. The blonde girl likes coldness and abuse because she’s spoiled and gets anything she wants—but at the same time, her demanding their relationship be only that is another example of her being spoiled and feeling entitled to only get what she wants. Making someone dom/degrade you without boundaries and without safewords or any kind of aftercare is like making them drown in sludge. This scenario is viscerally icky, and makes me feel all sorts of horrible things. It’s really well-done in that regard.

Hey, bit unrelated but i agree so damn much. It makes you feel gross while reading it, which is kinda the whole point. I havent checked out other works from this dude but they portray unhealthy relationships really well, and doing allat in a sole oneshot? Really impressive, love it. Toxic dynamics are super interesting when they're sold/told well :3

Wow I actually love it. It makes you feel gross and that's exactly the point. It's so refreshing to see toxic and abusive yuri done well.

Yuck

I was looking over some one-shots I've previously read recently and reminding myself of the works of various authors, and coming back to this "Yuck" is still my exact feeling.

I think I generally still feel the way I did the first time I read this, and sure the whole point is to make a person feel grossed out but that doesn't make me enjoy it or appreciate it. Some people think this is a work of art because it makes them grossed out, but to me it's like putting something rotten in a blender and putting it on a plate. Though I should say I don't want to convince anyone to dislike the work, and I'm not going to be convinced to like it myself. I'm only wanting to express my personal thoughts, and it was interesting to re-read this years later. It's definitely not for me, and I think my feelings are even further cemented now that I've engaged with the legal system in real life since my original reading, and seeing some very disturbing abusive relationships in real life that required legal intervention. It only made me hate works like this more. Especially as works like this take me to an awful place mentally, and that's all I'll say.

I feel you so much. I don't expect others to feel the same, but to me this is just, disgusting, in a totally unenjoyable way, both of them.

The author even dare trying to make Kuzawa (black/dark hair) looks pathetic in the last page (WTF?). "I can never break free from her control" like bish you don't get to act all pitiful like this, not after having done all these gross shit. Saying lines like this and the next day you'll just go back into enjoying abusing each other. Enjoy your life fking up the other's life and being fked over at the same time lol.

Can I give you a hug? <3
(No worries if you don't like intimacy.)

Yeah it's all so deeply uncomfortable and off-putting for a variety of reasons, I'm glad to see someone that's as grossed out as I am at least lol

Thanks, I appreciate the kind thought :)
