I just had a painful memory: There was a short-lived reality show called "KEPT." It featured a moneyed woman, an ex-wife of some rock star, who was holding a contest for a bunch of younger guys to be her "Special Friend." I remember it being really icky, and gross-feeling. My mom (of course) loved it.
