This is just superb art. Like I'd buy this for 50+ if the artist asked for it and get it framed and put it somewhere in my room.

I like the studio's opinion of what the Spirit World might look like, and what kinds of things these two would be doing there. Like a lot.

Knowing the feel of the manga, I highly doubt it would happen like this. If they do get married or something of the sort, it'd probably involve some rather dark and possibly gruesome way of doing so. Not that I'd complain.
