The comedic spin-offs are written by Masaki Tsuzuki, the creator of the entire series. This includes Vivid Life which is where Nanoha and Fate are at their most domestic and actually have a lot of moments.

Long story short, the comedic spin-offs, and NanoFate, are canon.

Gudako (the female protagonist of Fate/Grand Order) is canon.

The ending from the first game where Arnice and Lilysse reunite after saving the world is the canon ending. The second game has Christophorus outright saying that Arnice and Lilysse are/were lovers some time prior to the events of the second game. The entire quest chain involving Arnice is about Aluche helping Arnice find any signs about Lilysse's whereabouts with Arnice eventually finding a letter from Lilysse saying that she's alive and well and that she managed to escape from the Moon Queen and is hiding somewhere in the east. At the end of the ending where Aluche survives, Arnice and Christophorus travel east to search for Lilysse.

Nights of Azure 2 confirms that Arnice and Lilysse are lovers.

Vivio nearly slips twice in the newest chapter. It seems like unlike in the main canon, Vivio is NanoFate's biological child in the INNOCENT canon.

I was wondering if she just low key admitted that she's their daughter...apparently this Manga is more gay and more ips friendly than I initially gave it credit for.

Einhart says that Vivio revealing who her parents are could cause a situation regarding her birth. She says that right after Vivio nearly calls Fate her "mama". Vivio also nearly calls Nanoha "Nanoha-mama" later on in the chapter as well. This possibly means that NanoFate are indeed Vivio's biological parents in this series.

Yumi pretty much spelled it out to Asuka during Estival Versus' Day 7 that Homura's attempts at riling up Asuka are Homura's way of saying that she loves Asuka.

Then in one of the DLC missions, Homura and Asuka have another back-and-forth banter where it devolves to Homura making a comment about Asuka loving her ass.

The way Hayate is looking at both Nanoha and Fate... She knows how obvious they are.

Reason: Yang's semblance. Yang's song is accurate when it describes her as a Super Saiyan. That and I just like Yang's fighting style a lot more.
