Is it just me or doesn't Seija feel "exactly" like Garou from OPM? With both somewhat fancying themselves as villainous underdogs, with Shinyoumaru somewhat taking the role of Tareo.

I love this Raiko so much. Vector Spectacle has single-handedly bumped her up to my top 3 Touhous. The cocky and self-assured way she's portrayed is awesome, and it would've been great to see more of her. I wish Hokuto would've made a colored artwork of her or anything.
