^ well a lot of the characters are still young and underaged, so it’d be weird for them to be dating the MC, Lumine or Aether, who’s over hundreds or probably tens of thousands of years old with what fans are speculating their origin to be. The characters are already over-sexualized by the community as it is, it’d probably get even worse.

From what I remember someone said in another forum, in the later volumes they more or less become established as canon, hope the anime gets a second season so we can see it happen.
