^Late response, but Dash did actually end up watching the recent volume some months ago (I forget if it was 7 or 8 though). IIRC she did generally like it, despite Bumblebee being the canon ship

I used to love the Nasuverse because it actually has a lot of interesting concepts built into the lore (heroic spirits, vampires and immortals), but after FGO and their incessant need to kill off the female MC's to prop up the male MC I've lost interest so hard, you could even say I hate it now.

I mean, why even have selectable MC's when you're just gonna definitively declare that the male one is canon anyways? (yes for the money I know, but I still hate it nonetheless)

Y'all forgetting that the anime for Azur Lane exists. Therefore, no one worries about the male commander in the game. Meaning, more Belprise to ship.

^You might want to check out the manga adaptations of Shimousa and Salem. I suppose Grand Carnival and Riyo's LwM are also canon in their own way (Bunyan), but the definition of "canon" in the Nasuverse is so loose you could fit Kingprotea in it.

If it's got spanking I will almost always like it, this is one of those times.

^ What's more, though not confirmed yet, Salem will be getting an anime adaptation soon with Gudako as the MC. Salem is pretty gay actually. It wasn't really nasu's fault that the male mc is usually the one to be in the adaptation. It's more like the target audience isn't really for yuri fans and we all know that most of the servants of mcs are females so yeah
