plot twist: truck-kun isekai'd her to a fantasy world where she became a hero , fighting along side cliche compannions and killed the demon king , then god give her the chance to go back to her own world as a reward but forgetting everything in the fantasy world , so now she's there to interpret the 1 x 1/2 with her new mamma.

The child's reaction on page 3 seems to contradict the following revelation.

Notice how you used the word “revelation.” It’s what she has after page 3. Notice her expression after the mention of the gift. She then proceeds to asks questions regarding that day, because it’s all coming back to her.
