It depends on the game, IIRC. Sometimes the King makes the katamari become stars, islands, etc.

Well we do have tragedy tag that is a spoiler in 90% of cases...on the other hand it is a good stop sign for me

I normally don't read doujins but I'm glad I had a look at this due to the name and even more glad I decided to just read it since it was so short to see why it was so serious sounding. That was the best ending.
