I suppose it could just be a particularly tiny manga, but I can't think of any times they've released one that small.

Edit: Okay, after some googling, it would seem the volume will have both the 5 Second One Shots, Demons Harem and one more that I couldn't find details on.

I got my copy of the physical release in today. That fourth chapter I mentioned before that I wasn't sure about ended up being a little four page bonus chapter for the Witch stories. It's a cute little bonus. Meg plays a little trick on Lilith that is reminiscent of Lilith's time as a kitty cat.
