That page certainly tries to make her seem significant. I can only assume that the author had Plans for her later on, that never came to fruition.
Same, I expected something to happen that revolved around her character but it never did.
Always love some Kotonico! Anything that dives into them creating clothing is nice, but the realistic convo about budgetting was an extra nice touch!
