Interesting, this is the first time I've ever actually seen two translation versions of the same thing. It was kinda fun to compare them, but then I ended up wanting them to be fused taking the best elements of each...

Is the Yurizoku scanlation (which I assumed had better editing) less naturalized than the Wings of Yuri one?

Yes, there are multiple instances of dialogue that are worded better in the WoY version. What puts the WoY above and beyond is their translation for page 12, which is more accurate with the "not really sexual" line. You can read some of the comments here to get a better grasp of why that's the case.

Note that one is filling out the class log, which suggests the rest of the students are gone for the day and the teachers are probably in the office getting ready to wrap up. So they're likely alone, and it's not like two kisses take a long time or anything.
