Not that i'm aware of. The story ended at Ch.80.

The translation stopped because it gor pick up by a webcomic app and the digitals editors are less kind with fan translation. I don't remember excatly where we were before it stop but we were not that far the end of it. Althought i think it was already finished when it got pick up by the webcomic app.

Yes, it had already finished but had not been officially translated from Korean. Once it went to TappyToon they went after the fan scanlation groups and forced them to stop, when we were literally just a few chapters away from the story's end. That happened towards the end of March/start of April last year, so we've been waiting for nearly a year now for the official translations to catch up so we could finally see the conclusion. (Although I already know how it ends because I am impatient.)

I checked on Mangadex and the team made an announcement as Ch.58 so we were near 20 chapters left.

Can you just spoil me the end, because when the translation was cut off they weren't in a good spot and well the start of the story kinda said Shim Chong sell herself to merchants who were looking for sacrifice.

I am super happy that TappyToon has surpassed the unofficial scans! I can't wait to read the rest of it. By the time I reached 57, it became far and away my favourite yuri story (2nd favourite manga in general - behind My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness). I absolutely adore the way the main couple is handled. Their feelings build in such an honest and believable way. Only 22 chapters left, I'm so excited.

It's a happy ending though it definitely takes a few turns to get there. :) The way it's written definitely makes the reader fear it will be a tragedy, but in the end they end up together, madame even ends up with her own facial scarring to kinda match Cheong, who has always had some scars, lol.

That scene at the festival where they finally kiss in the alley is probably one of my favorite yuri moments of all time, so I was wicked disgruntled when not soon after the scanlations had to stop.

This is also my favourite yuri (possibly manga/manhwa in general). It's absurdly well done. I am buying it on TappyToon happily. After the wonderful Utena that I will never forget, Chong is probably the character that I relate to the most in all of yuri history lol

Also initially I thought maybe the story was going to be unrealistic but no. I am surprised at how good the writing is. I think it should become a movie.

We're now at chapter 59 of the official English release on Tappy Toon, 2 chapters past where the fan release had to stop almost a year ago.

Can I just say, I pretty much despise every man in this story, because we have yet to meet a single one who isn't a scumbag? But I especially detest that priest and the son. They are both such garbage people. I can't wait to see them get what's coming to them, I will be cackling evilly whilst rubbing my hands together in a most diabolical fashion.

Yeah, even Chong's dad is a pretty terrible and useless person. Also, they aren't terrible in an unrealistic way either, I can actually see how guys in old times would be not too far off from this because of the culture.

The scene where the son beats up his own wife and then calls it love was one of the most disturbing in the series so far.

Hell yes, Cheong's dad is an utter waste of space. Does nothing to help his daughter, instead basically relies on her to provide him everything. Yeah okay fine the man is blind. Doesn't mean he can't do some actual work someplace instead of begging. Only ever concerned about "his" food. He needs a good strong foot up his poop chute.
