Right, looks like high school. Very few pictures show "older" moments, this one is precious too.

On a serious note, this author really ships Hagikaze and Kaga hard, and has even made a doujin for the pairing. In case anyone was wondering, their historical connection was that Hagikaze was the one who scuttled Kaga during the Battle of Midway, and picked up her survivors.
