@Dark Ren Have you actually watched the anime? If you have I don't understand how you misunderstood her character so badly. She isn't even the slightest bit egotistical - and just like her house keeper said, she lives up to her family motto and is very kind - and also very proud of her family legacy and wants to live up to it - that being to live to heal and help people.

She seems haughty, because she was raised upper class and to be all serious- and she does not suffer fools gladly, and is fairly blunt - but she was never spoiled, and had to work super hard to become as good as she is - and never once looks down on anyone in the series.

Akko is very unlike anyone she has ever met, and she doesn't understand her, and sometimes she makes her mad, but also often amazes her. She and Akko would not have grown so close by the end if Diana was some up her own arse egotist.

Probably not. There's just a lot of other ships and series so I think that they can't dedicate too many of them to a specific couple or series (except for Love Live it seems- not that I'm complaining). If you want more of this ship maybe suggest some of the images? That's how I got a few of the images I liked uploaded here.
