As much as I hate to say this, Anne-Mary have a My Room line that's basically inviting their Master for a threesome, regardless of the Master's gender. So even a gay couple is open to FFM in Fate.

Thus, (cmiiw, please) there really isn't any pure yuri couple in Fate.

I don't think basing yourself entirely on the source material to decide whether a pairing in a doujin is good or bad is the right way to go about it; we wouldn't have many doujins in the first place if we were abiding by that rule.
I think it's mostly up to how the author interprets that pairing and what they make out of it, which can then be either good or bad.

Also, basically everyone is bi in FGO, so that opens a lot of doors when it comes to doujins. And there's actually a lot of Fate yuri doujins out there, even if they're not on the site, there's just not a lot of people working on them :|

You are looking at it wrong though. The whole point of FGO is being a waifu collecting simulator. That is why you are "bonding" with your servants and they get more attached to you and bond quotes get more and more explicit (some basically confess love/offer to do naughty). What do you think happens in My Room? So yea, every servant is made with intention of you being able to self insert yourself into relationship with them. So basically Gudako/Gudao x Servant of your choosing, is a canon paring, but at the same time different for everyone. Even "canonically a couple" Artemis and Orion, Artemis still can find some place for you. In short, there is no such thing as canon parings in Fate, it is one big meta fest. Just par anyone you want and enjoy it. You can't have Umu though, she is mine.

A lot? Sure there were some, but majority (as usually) is with Gudao or het in general. I actually plan to TL one, but with my work schedule, you can probably expect it in next century...

Given the enormous volume of fanwork F/GO has inspired, it's to be expected that the het-focused material, especially the garden-variety self-insert porn that doesn't require any knowledge of the source material, would somewhat drown out the yuri. But there's a respectable amount of yuri doujins that I've seen, both all-ages and explicit, including a few gems (NSFW). They just seem to be mostly getting overlooked.

Well, that's just the thing. When I say I've seen them, I'm mostly referring to Pixiv samples. I'm not sure many of them are getting scanned, which is partially what I meant by "overlooked." It might come down to a simple lack of interest...

I understand that. I'm not a very articulate person, but what I'm really trying to say is that Servants in FGO are protag-sexual, which means there're lots of yuri pairings as well, but the majority of the doujin & fanart will be that of het because self-insert and what-not, even though I think Gudako is much more popular than Gudao.

Man I wish I have decent drawing skills. I'd devote my weekends to make FGO doujins.

Imo some Servant pairings are better than Gudako x F Servant, like Altera x Helena (bless Riyo), Jalter x Fake Bryn, Artoria x Mordred, Anne x Mary, Abigail x Lavinia, Shuten x Ibaraki.

Why did you give your account away though? So you no longer play? I only play on NA, btw. I'm so tempted to just grail them to lvl 100, but I'm still hesitant, because after lvl 90 grail only increase by 2 lvls, which feels like complete waste (and number of grails is limited). At this point you are basically grailing them to show off, because, especially for 5 and some 4 stars, their stats are good enough, those bonus lvls don't change much. I'd prefer to actually boost some of my 3 stars servants I'm still using, cos they totally deserve it.

I had to get some money quickly for an emergency situation, so I had to do what I had to do. As for Palingenesis (that is, grailing a Servant), you usually do it on Servants you really like to prove your love to them (like you and I did) or to improve top-tier lower-star Servants like Cu (FSN), Hans, Spartacus, etc. In fact, the reason Summer Umu isn't level 100 is because I also used some of the Grails on Medea *3 and Ruler Martha, who both totally deserved it.

I knew I must've missed some pairings, but didn't think I'd miss one of the earliest and best yuri pairings in FGO.

Well, since you're in NA, you're behind like 2 years from JP, which means you still have many untapped Grail resources. I personally only get Medea to level 80, and Ruler Martha to level 90 which means I only used 4 Grails for them. If I were you, I'd Grail *3 to level 80/ 90 depending on how much I like them and their usefulness, and 100 for those I absolutely care about since level 90 to 100 doesn't really offer much improvements. And looking at your avatar, I'd say there's one more Servant you might want to level to 100, one who requires 7 Grails.

True, but still. In order to get all 3 Umus to lvl 100, I'd need to spend 17 grails. I think currently JP had like 25 in total. So that is almost all grails available spend just on them.

Exactly and that is the problem. If I'd just grail the ones I like the most, I'd grail all 3 Umus and not really have grails for anyone else. But If I grail other servants, then If i'd decided to grail Umus after all, it would be a long time before I could grail them.

And looking at your avatar, I'd say there's one more Servant you might want to level to 100, one who requires 7 Grails.

Well I do like Medusa and want to roll her Lancer version, but in this case I have her on avatar more because she was just ultra cute on this picture x3. But that is next issue, there is a lot 3 stars that I'd love to grail, since they helped me out a lot. I'd definitely get to lvl 80, maybe even 90, Medea, Euryale, Ushi and Medusa. Hell I'd probably even grail Kojirou to lvl 90, because I really like him as servant, but his stats as 1 star make him unusable. And even Tamacat definitely deserves 2 grails from me, because she was my first 4 star, and she basically carried me through half of the content. Who needs class advantage when you can just berserk them, am I right? So if not for the very limited amount of grails, I'd actually grail a lot servants, but because they are, I'm holding hard on actually grailing anyone.

I wouldn't say that. There are vids of people clearing high level content with even un-Grailed *1, so it all comes down to strategy and RNG, really.

Oh sure. I know you can make any servant work etc. but it does take much more effort and proper strategy. You could say I got spoiled by my 4 stars, especially since I got Carmilla pretty fast. I did try to use him, but the dmg difference was so big, I just didn't feel like bothering.

Oh, I know about Euryale just fine. For a long time she and Atalante were my only 2 archers, so she did a lot good work for me. I'm always using her as my anti-male ST NP servant. Since I dropped Artemis and recently finally got her to lvl 90 I'm using her as well, but I'm usually using both of them, when I know I'll have a male target. Like against Darius in Fate/Accel event.
