I know how you feel, but it's a monthly manga. Even if it was weekly we couldn't (and shouldn't) rush her. I'm tired of mangaka being unable to continue their work due to overworking. I don't want another World Trigger case (World Trigger's author, Daisuke Ashihara, is being unable to work on the series due to a case of cervical spondylosis, and apparently he was having to overwork himself in order to be able to finish the chapters). I wish weekly authors had time to write many chapters in advance without overworking themselfs.
Sorry for the long rant, I got really off-track. xD

Anyway, you should at least be happy the series isn't bimonthly anymore.

It's definitely a happier ending than that story of young Chika running off into the forest after narrowly escaping getting lynched by the villagers and encountering You-witch. It still pops up in my YouTube recommendations from time to time . ;_;

It makes sense, though. If Kaga and Zuikaku are off grudgefucking, that leaves Akagi and Shoukaku lonely and alone, and they've got a golden opportunity to get to know each other better and make that love connection.

I love how popular this pairing is, at least for one involving a character who only shows up twice.
They're really perfect for each other, one being extremely codependent and in need of strong women to feel secure, and the other being a control freak who needs complete dominance over people. So they just make so much sense as a couple.
