As Tyraneo said, in the Riyoverse FGO (AKA the Learn with Manga! FGO series), Altera & Helena were forced to be the parents for the Children Kingdom.

They were reluctant at first, but later on were shown to be close. (One chapter in particular pointed out that they were arguing like a married couple)

this, is good

It even kinda makes sense lore wise, since (from my understanding) Helena has more or less having an alien fetish and Altera is an ancient alien super-weapon created to eat and destroy all sentient life on Earth. It's a match made in heaven!
