As to this sub vs dub war....I think we can all agree dubs are hit and miss (this dub was so left field I couldn't watch it) and that high pitched voices in either sub or dub are annoying af.

So the kid could easily be thinking maternal vs paternal grandmother, without necessarily realizing what's going on.
