The girl on the right - it looks like her right (bottom) leg is crossing over the other girl - and her left leg is going straight down - though that would require some real contortion! It's the folds / creases / lines in the skirt that suggest it -
really not very well done - if you look, the legs can even seem to swap sides like a visual illusion lol.

And the girl on the left seems to have a left hand on her right arm. That's clearly not a thumb.
