You should watch it, Wlfking. The series doesn't get clearly yuri at any point and the animation is atrocious, but there are loads of potential ships and it's generally so charming that you can let those flaws slide.

Prairie-chan and Beaver-dono approach yuri asymptotically, though.

I can't speak for the doujin artist, but in the context of the story? This is one of Wakatsuki's culinary triumphs she's handed to her crush. Sempai is glaring at her, and she's clueless as usual saying, "Oh, it's nothing anyone could have produced a wonderful cake like this, sempai, it's filled with all my feelings for you!" Because Wakatsuki doesn't realize a burnt pile of ingredients isn't a cake masterpiece.

^^ Yup - I started watching them because of these pics (3 eps in so far) and it is indeed charming with wonderful characters :) I barely even care about the bad animation quality.

Teresa is one of my TOP favorite characters! I remember how ridiculous her death was and it got me raging in tears. Still, such a beautiful sight to see these two hugging!
