It's not yuri, but it's Shoujo Ai...although Dynasty doesn't have a "Shoujo Ai" tag
But, they have subtext which works way better than yuri and shoujo ai

Because "shoujo ai" is a term made up by western fans and doesn't have a pleasant meaning to the Japanese.
