@colboh Freedom of speech and all that bullshit. If you're not shipping what's popular the fandom will jump at your goddamn throat like a pack of animals. I personally don't ship D.va with anyone because I think she's a brat, and one, if not the most, obnoxous character in the game with the most cringe worthy of voicelines.

That being said, I veiw the D.va/Mercy ships as crack (like Sombra/Zarya) and it's humorous....except for that one comic I shall never venture into again because of the feels : <

D. Va is definitely my favorite character for one reason and one reason only... 'cause she's Korean and I'm Korean. She is the ideal to which I aspire: it is my hope that I will one day become such a skilled and famous professional gamer that I'll have the privilege to serve as a mech pilot in the glorious Korean army and kill a bunch of people/robots. But, seriously, while I agree that her voice lines are cringy and obnoxious, I view them as charmingly cringy and obnoxious as opposed to annoyingly cringy and obnoxious. Kind of an oxymoron, but that's how I see it that's all up to personal interpretation though, of course.
