So in the most recent team Gaji's podcast, they confirmed manhwa ends in June.
Also what will happen until the end is

how Sumin and Seju first fell in love

Sumin and Sungji love story. I guess the end game of how they'll finally happen.

Seju won't die

Dawoon x Sumin's ex gf Lawyer is also canon endgame.

thanks aloooot , I've been yearning for the podcast translation.. do you know where can I get more info ?

Maybe because they keep Nami for Seju

This pairing seems completely irrelevant. Third arc was the weakest, since it seems like they are struggling to fill the rest of the remaining chapters.

Dawoon is a chef and the Lawyer met Summin in a restaurant.. could be love from the first bite XD
how random.. !

I thought it will make 90 chapters.. so if it ends in June then we maximum have 85 chapters .. no wonder they said it would look rushed.. but I hope chapter 75 will be sufficiently long and progressive since it took for ever to make !

The only value I see in Dawoon is that she has been in love with Sungji since high school. Her character becomes meaningless to me if she loses that value. She can go back to her ex in France. I really don't get why they make her end up with the lawyer. Will they jump right to sleep with each other the first day they meet just like how the lawyer did with Sumin?.

I know, there must be people out there who wouldn't mind whatever happen in the story as long as they can know what happen with Dawoon. But I highly doubt that anyone would find a sense in that ship. I personally find it needless..

English is you first language, yet I find it hard to get your points.

tbh, I doubt that I would understand your point even if my english reading comprehension was exceptionally great though.

I honestly don't see any relevance with Dawoon x Lawyer. The third arc is very anticlimactic. Is that all the bullet points, they want to cover on the third arc? no big plot twist or anything?

Kinda feels like they try to make as much money out of this as possible. First two arcs were pretty successful and people are now already invested in the story to drop it. This was meant to have only 70 or 80 (don't remember for sure) chapters originally. And then they added more

I knew it. A secret assasin of some sort.

-- The mysterious woman shows up at her door pretending to be room service

-- Sungji is so very much in love with Sumin

-- Somehow Sumin doesn't seem so into Sungji or maybe that's just my impression

-- Sumin and Seju speak on the phone privately or something?

-- more sex between the team blonde

I feel like once again it was such a short and boring chapter. Just put us out of our misery

I can see now how the pattern goes to make a short story longer. Just add two panels of actual story in one chapter, and fill the rest with sex scenes.
For the last 20 chapters it has been Sumin and Sungji doing it, and then have Seju appearing to add some story in one panel.

I think this chapter is long, i had to scroll down a bit more than usual. It's just that there's not much to read about it.

There is nothing much to talk about the main couple at the moment and their scenes are dragged alot and quite meaningless without any distribution to the story. But one thing for sure, and everyone knows it already, they're endgame. Tbh, with me, the biggest twist is that they are not endgame, cause right now, everyone believes so
I understand a little bit of Korean and here is what I know:
- Seju is currently lives in hotel, her creepy brother has warned her about some danger and told her to temporarily live in hotel
- there go my hope for new love interest for Seju, this short hair girl is no good, and quite sure there will be sth happens to Seju in the future, let's see which chap the thing will go to happen for real
- Sumin and Seju is going to meet at Seju's hotel room, Seju is expecting Sumin when she opens the door for that girl so....
- Sumin is cold towards Seju, when she's at her house and call Seju, Seju says that she's at the hotel and Sumin asks why, Seju doesn't say the real reason and just says sth happened and asks if Sumin didn't like meet her at the hotel, they would... she hasn't finish her sentence and Sumin cut her words and said "It's not my concern" ( this is her exact words)

I understood it as: I don't care ( referring to meet Seju at a hotel - I don't care about the location- what she means).. then she actaually takes the address and drives to the hotel and inform seju that she was near

--> the conversation was in the bathroom, behind Sungji's back once more :D
so you get the affection and trust issues .. I do not know what kind of a couple are they !

Staying at a hotel alone is safer than staying at home with her security guards/ bodyguards around? wth?

Uhm, this is just my opinion and would probably got a lot of disagreements but the more I read, the more I don't understand Seju's character. It feels like even the author couldn't decide what kind of real character Seju could go for
- She is supposed to be the evil one, the antagonist but her actions has never been strong enough. Aside for the cheating stunt and her pep talk to Sungji, she has always been on the sideline and watching, and in the arc 3, with the first chap of the arc when she cut her hair, I really thought she would go on full mode of evil ex gf character but as of now, she lets Sumin do everything she wants, even with leaving her, selling the house... She didn't do anything much @@. So weird
- Seju doesn't tell any hardships she is going through to Sumin, proven by this chapter. Such a dignity @@. She doesn't run to Sumin, ask for comfort, doesn't talk about her difficult time. Imagine it, if you're the one desperately wanting things to go back, shouldn't you go talk everything to the other girl to ask for sth comfort, some pitiness? Seju doesn't want to be pitied by Sumin. So dignity, compare to how she used the lowest trick to Sungji to make them break up.
Seju is one heck of a puzzle that I could never understand what is the real intention of the author for her. The bad in her was blatantly showed to make her look bad while other good things are so subtle that you doubt it there and the author could twist her all the way she wants

I thought she lives alone without bodyguards or security guards? Since it's a house, not apartment, there would be no security guards, I think
Her brother's intention probably is she should live somewhere where no one knows where she's really is and not being alone for a while, hotel room with check in check out, reception and all, plus there are other guests as well, I think it's safer.

But 10 years ago Sumin said that if Seju was drunk, her security guards wouldn't have allowed the bartender to enter Seju's house.

Yeah, basically, she doesn't care, the words she said in English should be what I translated literally. Tbh, to me, the whole pharagraph is more that she doesn't care, just get it over with, not just merely dont care about the location
This is also exactly what I've been thinking when reading the chap, Sumin did sth behind Sungji's back again, just like the first time they were together. Sumin hasn't learnt her lesson yet @@. Trust issues are quite big and if this is not solved till the end of the story, I honestly don't get this couple

simply bcz its not a superhero or a conventional movie, that's why you see actions that has motives behind them and not necessarily black or white.
I doubt it was ever designed to be an evil antagonist character, if you read her dialogues closely it will appear to you that her actions are not satanic but very human.

" the hair cut" is not a full evil power mood, it has a deep meaning for females specially .. it signalises the woman desire for change and getting stronger (could also mean letting go, or even claiming dominance)..
look around, most women cut their hair right before making life changing decisions (such as divorce or long-term breakups )

in the case of Seju and Sumin characters Team Gaji made great effort in term of their body language and non-lexical communication .

  • Seju doesn't tell any hardships she is going through to Sumin, proven by this chapter. Such a dignity @@. She doesn't run to Sumin, ask for comfort, doesn't talk about her difficult time. Imagine it, if you're the one desperately wanting things to go back, shouldn't you go talk everything to the other girl to ask for sth comfort, some pitiness? Seju doesn't want to be pitied by Sumin. well, she did not know how the ending of that chapter would look like, still Sumin told her in ch 74 ( that she does not care anymore).. Seju gets the message. and in the matter of fact, Summin is the one who called her in this chapter (I think to finalise the matter in ch 74)
never ever has Seju stopped Summin from doing what she wanted.. but she is always there whenever Summin needs her.

Seju is one heck of a puzzle that I could never understand what is the real intention of the author for her. The bad in her was blatantly showed to make her look bad while other good things are so subtle that you doubt it there and the author could twist her all the way she wants

again, look at all characters as imperfect humans and not idealistic.. they make mistakes and they have desires that does not make them totally wrong or right.
given the history, the promises and what are those two to each other.. you would understand why they act this way towards each other
they are everything left to each other in this world with no families or whatsoever, combine this with a long-term great love that even both of them do not know how to deal with it

it kills me in Ch 54 when Sumin says: the chairman will be relieved to have you by his side
Seju's comment was (yes, bcz I am also his family)
kinowing the scene in ch 19 when Sumin promised to be her Family and her reaction in ch 54.. you would know it is not just a crazy ex stuck in the past
