I hope I'm just reading too much into this, but did Prinz Eugen kill Hiei and put her into the curry that she fed to Bismarck? Or is she just sweatdropping on that page because of the chocolate Hiei added into it?

Personally, I doubt Eugen killed and served up Hiei. My experience with gag manga like this is that the mangaka didn't think that deeply. If anything, she probably just inflicted "off-screen" violence upon Hiei, then played dumb when Kongou spoke to her, and is sweatdropping because Bizmarck ended up liking the blasphemous curry.
