But analyzing this picture from a logical point of view, we can distinguish that Umi is the one who initiated the kiss. Why would Kotori beat up Honoka, when Umi herself initiated it and not Honoka. Because Umi wanted to kiss Honoka, Kotobirdy felt possessive of her glorious leader and will probably beat up Umi because, as I said, Umi can't keep it in her pants and wanted to kiss our innocent Honoka. If that isn't it and Kotobirdy is indeed beating up Honoka, then it's because she /literally/ wanted to 'beat some sense' into the ginger. "No, Honoka-chan! Come to your senses! This is wrong! We promised we'd marry each other when we were in kindergarten!" is probably something she would most likely say in the situation.

Therefore I can indeed say that the ship in the picture is, in fact, Kotohono. With side HonoUmi, but still.
