@Blackkitty, Nalesniki are a Polish pancake. You can put cheese or jam in them and you roll them up. My mom uses plum jam. I love them.

@Blackkitty Well, I live on the third floor.. doesn't stop my cats from sitting on outside windowsills when my windows are opened.. makes me really worried that they'll end up falling down, but they look so unhappy when I don't let them =(

You're right. That's why it's important to listen to your body. In case there is no major disorder involved it naturally tells you what to do. The trick is to only eat when you're hungry and immediately stop when you're starting to feel full.
I never liked the concept of eating just because it's noon, or what not.
And I see so many people finishing their meal even when they were already stuffed after like half of it. That's a mistake. Like that you'll just unnecessarily extend the capacity of your stomach.
That works quite well for me.

And it really is cute, isn't it? He he ^^
Maybe I'll stick with that one for a while...

I don't know LiveJournal but that really sounds like a fun idea; adjusting your user pic to underline what your saying in your comment. But I guess it would make hosting this site a little more difficult. If everyone would save a few dozen of pictures that would take up a lot of space, I guess... Not sure.
