Screw what people say about Team Pink and Blue. Lol I am so shipping Seju x Nami so hard. Why wouldn't it make sense for them to get together? At least once? They're both single. One of them shows interest and concern for the other whether she notices this herself or not. And the other... well she needs someone funny and silly to lighten up her depressing life, and unhealthy obsession with Black Haired. And and....to provide for her bodily needs. A few chapters of them would be plenty enough.

Also, I've been thinking.... could it be possible that they've already gotten together once before? Lol they act like they're exes or something. That would make some sense for Seju's somewhat hostility.

It would be interesting to find later that they do have some kind of past, even if they never got out, it sure would explain why Seju is so hostile to Nami.

It would be interesting if it turns out that Seju and Nami have somekind of history that even Sumin doesn't know about. I'm still curious about the reason Seju banned Nami from coming to the office.

Do we really have to ship Seju x Nami just because WDTFS lacks a female character?

I'm a little lost as to what has been going on with Seju playing at getting married, or the family politics on her side.

I don't think Nami has slept with Seju before, the way she talks and acts, it seems like it would be a first time conquest. I kind of get the impression that Nami is trying to be a wing man for her friend. She's trying to get Seju to sleep with her in part to maybe get Seju to help accept Sumin and Sunji being a thing. Nami called what was going on between Seju and Sumin 'disgusting' or something to that effect. I think its very possible that Nami never liked Seju and was protective of Sumin (or Nami and Seju also had a fling at some point, not that Nami hasn't also implied to have slep with Sumin if I'm remembering correctly).

As for warning signs, there just seems to be a decent amount of little things to show that Sumin and Sunji are very different people. A more recent example reacts in the most recent chapter, saying that Sunjui should stay away from from Nami, one of her friends. It just seems like there isn't really that much between them besides hormones and something comfortable. Sumin seems to not fully trust her or be able to relate to her (even taking into account the age gap).

Also I get a tone for the book that overall seems to be rather melancholy and detached. If Seju really was a late term addition to the story, I wonder if they had already scripted out Sumin and Sunji not working out (alternatively this late term addition could have altered the story radically, maybe they felt like there wasn't enough there for it to just be another slightly typical 'girl girl office romance' story). Happily ever after as an ending would not be what I would expect of this story, to be honest.

Seju seems like the only one who truly gets Sumin, but is too self loathing and passive to do what is necessary to win her back. I hold out some hope that the story resolves in Seju and Sumin getting back together with Seju being able to come out of her shell because of the danger of losing Sumin. Pairing Seju with Nami seems like it would be shoe horned and go against everything we've seen thus far with how dedicated Seju is to Sumin in her own way. They can't really pull the trigger on Sumin and Sunji without addressing Seju, but just leaving her unhappy and heart broken would be a weird tonal juxtaposition. Numb acceptance and moving on might fit with the disappointing air of the book which could be Nami's game plan.

Ships Seju/Sumin obviously there really isn't much to Sunji and the interest of the story all comes from the tension and history of the situation with Seju.

I apologize for revisiting a topic that has been discussed to death, I'm sure, but in my defense it is my second post ^^

Wh-wh-wh-wh-wh-what?! I doubt Nami has slept with Sumin O_O? I know Sumin said Nami slept at her place some times but I doubt they did anything. I mean! They just seem like childhood friends. Ew, I can't even imagine them together. It seem incestuous or sth! cringe
Also I have explained before why I doubt Sumin would end up with Seju unless it's at the very last chapter. This is because it would destroy the narrative somehow. The focus is on Sumin and the heroine is Sungji. Unless they made Sungji to be a stalker that follows Sumin and Seju all the time afterwards there is no possible way to maintain Sumin as the focal character and Sungji as the heroine at the same time.
I have thought about some plausible ways it could happen though. Either in the very last chapter Sumin suddenly realizes she loves Seju and abandons Sungji (=.=) and goes back to her and tells her she never got over her or either in the last 3-4 chapters Sungji's and Sumin's relationship starts breaking and the focus shifts to Sungji and we realize that the story was about her all along and that the cycle of heartbreak continues (=.=). In either case there can't be a lot of Seju x Sumin action unless Sumin starts cheating of Sungji in the next chapters.
I don't know why you say that you don't think this story will have a happy ending. It's supposed to be a healing story. I don't know why it shouldn't. It's not as dark as it seems.

The whole 'she just leaves some clothes here, I barely see her' and having a similar overall reaction to Sunji questioning her about Nami as she did when Sunji asked if 'President sometimes slept over' says it all imo. You're not in a relationship with another girl and asking if some other girl sleeps over sometimes if you're not meaning sex.

Am I the only one that wouldn't be surprised if two gay girls who are friends didn't experiment at some point?

Seju and Nami being exes quite impossible, because:

-Gaji said Seju has never slept with anyone besides Sumin and that guy from the bar.
-Seju is exes with Sumin but doesn't act hostile towards her, so the fact that she does around Nami has nothing to do with being possible exes.
I honestly think we shouldn't look too far into the story.

If someone wants to ship them it's their own choice, it doesn't mean everyone has to do or don't.

Also Sumin x Nami is more impossible.
I just think Nami is there as a secondary character, so the focus is not always on the three of them, but gets some variety too. Maybe they'll use her for something in the future too, probably for Seju

yeah I mean, it kind of spoils their friendship, sorry if this is kind of dumb to say but it's like two macho straight guys that have always had cute girly gfs sleep together. I mean I don't want to encourage stereotypes and such but some things have specific types and "rules". Just because they like women doesn't mean that they are attracted to any beautiful woman even if they sleep around a lot. I know some girls are not like this and they don't care so much about all these "rules" and don't really have a specific type they always go for. But for Sumin it seems awfully obvious that she's quite dominant and always into some girls that are quite feminine, either cute girly, or cunning feminine.
Why would she sleep with Nami? Leaving that aside, I doubt Seju and Nami have been exes but it is possible that something happened between them... Maybe we haven't seen it yet. Maybe Nami had always been in love with Seju and when she was devastated after she broke up with Sumin they slept together once and Seju felt like she had betrayed Sumin even more and that's why she hates Nami. Just a random speculation.

For sure it's not clear why Seju banned Nami from the office before or hates her so much, but somehow sleeping with Sumin doesn't quite fit the bill for me. We haven't seen how Nami and Sumin became friends either; Nami's stated it wasn't in high school.

I joke about tops and bottoms, but in reality most (but not all...) women I know and/or have dated are flexible about roles and assume different ones depending on the partner. Even so, Sumin x Nami just seems way too cringy; I could see Seju x Sungji before those two (purely from a sexual compatibility standpoint). One of my closest friends (also gay) and I have very similar tastes that don't include each other, and I think/hope it's the same for Sumin and Nami.
