Well, that was weird. Kind of like an X-rated X-men comic ... I liked everything that didn't involve the rape bit, other than the spontaneous I love yous at the end. Old school art is so strange when you remember it being just art lol.

It wasn't complicating for me. It's read the normal manga way, as in from right to left.

Erm, if you mean the panel where his hand gets crushed, that's the handle of his knife. It's falling from his hand and the "mouth" and eyes are the bolt and wooden structure on the handle.
Though I do admit it looks like a scared face. Would fit the situation, too, though his dick would be really placed weirdly then...
