Nah, def Citlali. As far as I know, Miko hasn't been to Natlan. And although I haven't done the quest yet, Citlali's the biggest LN reader in Natlan (if not, the only but I think there's a few?)
She's read almost every novel from Yae Publishing House, so ofc she knows a thing or two, that's pretty normal...
