The thick plottens or whatever

I never expected something which started off so moeblob could build this kind of interesting intrigue, but it all works so well together. The cutesy fluffy scenes both give our characters stakes and something to lose as we want to see them continue being happy, while also providing something to lighten the darker moments and keep both the audience and the characters hopeful

I mean I called that the collar meant they were some kind of hostage and it had nothing to do with making sure to suppress their magic.

And again her sister is gonna get Moco in trouble because all she can now think about is using her for her magic.

Also Suzu is annoying I just want more Moco x Loco and Makia x Nagi.

Okay so Loco says the collar is medical equipment "in bad taste" but I'm hardly convinced she knows everything relevant. Like where did Naa come from? And Nagi was all "we'd better not get caught".

I'm definitely feeling like the story as Loco understands it is not the real story, or at least far from being the whole story.

Kranktier obviously has a bad side effect (turning into haze-chan) but I doubt a story like this will stick to "be a cute catgirl" as a disease that has to be cured entirely. Seems unfair to the readers if it does.

She's already running her mouth and now they're trying to get Moco to go BACK to the lab and end up getting her locked back up and being a test subject again? Mia is NOT to be trusted and Loco's sister continues to run her mouth. And Moco is too nice to tell Loco no this is so going to backfire.

Don't trust Loco's sister I haven't since the second she was introduced and wearing the lab outfit and all of this is just proving my point. Even if she's not "evil" herself she's gullible and stupid as shit and being taken advantage of by the rest of these people that run this lab. They should have never gone to see her stupid sister.

Definitely not feeling like trusting this Mia person at the lab. But, there's also the possibility that since this is a story with a lot of fluff, we may find that a lot of things that are hinted as ominous will kind of end up not being bad, Miyazaki style.

I think this is a story where there aren't straight up EVIL people, but people just trying to do their best in a bad situation. For example, Makia's actions ultimately are very controlling, and she even knows what she's doing is morally questionable, but ultimately she's trying to do what she thinks is best, and has good intentions. Similarly, I'd assume Mia ultimately has good intentions, and perhaps honestly wants what's best for Loco, but Loco might not agree with what she thinks is best if she had all the information.
