Pity that while you can separate out Love Live! Sunshine!! stuff with only one click, but there's no easy way to get only Love Live! classic.

That's a big down side to tagging LL!S!! stuff as both.

One thing I don't get about LL is why is NikoXMaki the most popular ship? I have nothing against the ship, they are quite cute together, but what is the origin of the ship? They have little to no time together in the anime, not sure about the manga. Is it just because they are both tsundere? (IMO only Maki seems tsun to me, Niko is just grumpy because she is a 17-18 year old loli :P)

My understanding is it is spawned accidentally from one of the music videos.

Nico is pretty focused on Maki in the manga, although not necessarily in a romantic way. I gather the videos pushed that a bit further, but the anime pretty much ignored it.

Nico's character is quite a bit different in the manga though.

Compared to other series I think Love Live had a ton of official manga chapters.
It's just a shame that Volume 6 of the SIP manga hasn't been released and most likely never will be so unlike other series where they actually finished their official manga, LL SIP is forever on a cliffhanger.

Also SID manga chapters is pretty much complete and it was a ton of chapters. I would like another SID volume but the artist seems to be busy with the official Sunshine manga.

LL Anthology chapters doesn't count. Besides one chapter, they all might as well be random and short fan made doujins.
