^^ That's why most people in the vtuber community tend to differientiate between the characters and the person behind the persona. There are some actual IRL couples like NoeFure and Crossick but for most when you ship them you just do that to the characters because you know that the 2 people are just good friends IRL. Well Takamori are fine with people shipping them and were the two who started the ship in the first place so i don't really see the problem
