^I think it might be mostly a perspective thing? The artist wanted Toriko's hand to look bigger since it's closer to the viewer/camera, and Sorawo's hand smaller since it's further away. I think that's what they were going for anyhow, and perspective is always tricky to pull off with art.

Speaking of suffering KyouMami, I used to wonder why there's not many doujin of this pair, and virtually none of them is of suffering variety. Then I got my hand on the Different Story spinoff. I doubt any doujin could top that level of canon suffering.
