It’s probably a plastic bag since the sounds it makes (カサ and ガサ) are sounds people use to describe moving plastic bags.

I was so confused when Yoshida punched Tomoko. Tomoko is usually the one who provokes Yoshida by either sexually harassing her or bad-mouthing her. But Tomoko didn't say anything this time. I just do not think Yoshida would punch Tomoko without some provocation.

But anyway, the last page was cute.
