I meant having 2 different versions. Not 1 replacing the other, as I don't really want to remove someone else work, regardless of quality (and some people seems to enjoy it). And anyway there is shitload of other stuff I have waiting to be done before it.

I'm pretty sure they meant hell, as replacement for word fuck, not actual use of word hell. As in "what the hell" and "what the fuck" technically has the same meaning, one just have curse word and one, doesn't. But other than that I agree, word choices matter and especially when it is 2 japanese young adult ladies it is really hard to imagine them cursing and talking very rough in jps. So no, it is most likely not expressing the way Morinaga herself would translate it if she knew english. Also comparing the word usage to other english translations of her work is pointless as depending on translator, their word choice will differ, so only way you can make this argument is comparing both jps versions and which words Morinaga herself choose. Either way, I left it open in case someone else will work on this faster, but you guys now make me regret my decision... (and knowing dynasty policy, you shouldn't expect second version of translation being uploaded here).

So funny I just remembered about this yesterday. The issue is it invalids the meaning of word "special". If everyone is "special" or "one of a kind" or whatever, then that word really loses its meaning. Obviously everyone is different, but when people say special, they have a very specific meaning in mind, so saying to you everyone is special is pretty much like saying everyone is equal and that is not what those girls want.

Yea, something anyone past age of 12 would have is somehow a fetish now. Most women don't shave completely and having pubic hair is perfectly normal, yet most artist don't bother to draw it making it a norm.

It really is funny how porn change the perception of things by simple overexposition to it. The same way somehow the perfectly smooth and even slit of a child is seen as normal way the vagina should look (which really is funny considering how much people bash pedophilia).

You just answered yourself. Also not always official translation means better translation. While "A Centaur's Life" give you impression that it is a slice of life series about Centar, I like the original title better because it is less generic and have more charm. Also it makes sense in context of original one shot which was about Hime worrying about something, not just her everyday life.

I mean, we use the official translation "Kuroko's Basketball" instead of "The Basketball Which Kuroko Plays". lol

No clue where you got that from "Kuroko no Basuke" means Kuroko's Basketball, so both scanlations and official ones are using translation of original tittle.
